Enrollment and Eligibility Guidelines — 2025/2026 Academic Year (Global Pathway)
1. Enrollment Process
Step 1: Online Application
Submit your application via the official portal: www.laga-institute.org.
Ensure all fields are completed accurately and documents are uploaded in PDF format.
Step 2: Required Documentation
• Academic Qualification:
– MSc: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
– MBA: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree plus professional/managerial experience.
• Professional CV/Resume.
• Personal Statement (500–750 words).
• Two References.
• Language Proficiency proof (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent especially if you are not from an English speaking country).
Step 3: Application Timeline
• Application Deadline: Friday, 21 November 2025.
• Annual Intake: October/November.
• Program Resumption: 24 November 2025.
Early submission is encouraged to secure preferred study locations
Step 4: Selection & Admission
• Rolling review of applications.
• Shortlisted applicants may be interviewed.
• Successful candidates will receive admission letters and relocation guidance.
Step 5: Enrollment Confirmation
• Confirm participation by paying the enrollment fee.
• Prepare for Year 1 Residency in Cape Verde.
• Arrange relocation for Year 2 Progression in Portugal or partner campuses.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Academic Qualification:
- MSc: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- MBA: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree plus managerial/professional experience.
Professional Experience:
- MBA applicants: Minimum 2–3 years preferred.
- MSc applicants: Related experience advantageous.
Language Proficiency: English or Portuguese proficiency required. Submit TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent.
Mobility Commitment: Willingness to relocate internationally for Year 2 studies.
Graduation Attendance: Mandatory participation in on-site convocation ceremonies
Technical Readiness: Reliable internet connection and computer for blended learning.
