Year 2 – Portugal (Full In-Person International Study)

Tuition for Year 2 is variable depending on the specific partner institution requirements and electives chosen during the international study phase.

Payment Schedule

  • Tuition is due before the start of each semester.
  • Late payments incur a 5% surcharge unless prior arrangements are approved in writing.
  • All fees must be paid via bank transfer to LAGAI’s official account (details provided upon admission).

Currency & Exchange

All amounts are quoted in Euros (€).

Note: International students paying in other currencies must ensure conversion covers the full Euro amount after bank charges.

Refund Policy

  • Withdrawal before semester start 45% refund
  • Withdrawal within first 2 weeks 20% refund
  • Witthdrawal after 2nd week No refunds

Additional Costs

Not included in tuition

  • Visa processing, travel, and accommodation.
  • Personal laptops or study equipment.
  • Optional field trips or study tours beyond the core program.

Scholarships & Discounts

Limited scholarships are available based on academic merit or financial need. Employer sponsorship letters must be submitted one month before semester start for invoice adjustments.

Academic Standards & Conduct

Students must maintain minimum academic performance (as outlined in the Student Handbook) to remain enrolled. Full participation in in-person residencies is mandatory for progression.

Compliance & Updates

The Institute reserves the right to review and adjust fees annually to reflect inflation or operational changes. Any changes will be communicated at least three months before implementation.
