LAGAI Institute Joins European Forum of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (EfVET)

LAGAI Institute has been formally accepted as a member of the European Forum of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (EfVET) — one of Europe’s leading associations dedicated to enhancing the quality and impact of vocational education and training across the continent and beyond.

Founded in 1991, EfVET brings together TVET providers from across Europe to collaborate on innovation, digital transformation, international projects, and policy shaping. As a new EfVET member, LAGAI Institute gains access to:

  • Strategic partnerships with European vocational institutions

  • EU-funded projects for mobility, innovation, and inclusion

  • Communities of practice focused on digital skills and entrepreneurship

  • Participation in EfVET’s annual international conferences and training events

The partnership marks a bold step in strengthening Africa-Europe cooperation in skills development and opens new doors for student exchange programs, dual certification, and transnational curriculum design.

“Joining EfVET connects us to a dynamic European community of educators and innovators. It will empower our learners, build the capacity of our staff, and open a world of collaboration opportunities for the future of TVET in Africa.”

Through this affiliation, LAGAI continues to champion a vision of global relevance, employability, and industrial transformation through quality vocational education.
