To establish Africa’s first integrated Student Enterprise Incubation Platform within a vocational training institute, enabling students to learn, earn, and innovate while engaging with the wider community.

4. Operations Model

Schedule: Every Friday to Sunday noon.

Venue: LAGAI large campus exhibition space.

Customers: General public invited to patronize services.

Service Pricing: 50% lower than city market rates.

Daily Financial Flow:

  1. Groups deliver services.
  2. Income collected and recorded.
  3. VAT deducted.
  4. 5% of net income allocated for maintenance & materials.
  5. Balance shared equally among group members.

Example: €100,000 earned → VAT (15,000) → Maintenance (4,750) → Remaining (80,250 ÷ 10 students = 8,025 each).
