Payment Schedule
- Tuition is due before the start of each semester.
- Late payments incur a 5% surcharge unless approved in writing.
- All fees via bank transfer to LAGAI's official account.
Currency & Exchange
- All amounts quoted in Euros (€).
- International students paying in other currencies must cover the full € amount after bank charges.
Refund Policy
- Withdrawal before semester start → 45% refund
- Within first 2 weeks → 20% refund
- After 2nd week → No refund
Scholarships & Standards
- Limited scholarships; employer letters due 1 month before semester start.
- Full participation in residencies is mandatory for progression.
